Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Kira’s Logistics, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Kira’s Logistics provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Shipping services from the USA to Jamaica

  • Air freight shipping approximately three times weekly

  • Sea freight shipping for larger or bulk shipments

  • Access to a tax-free US shipping address for Amazon and other online shopping

  • Package warehousing, handling, and logistics coordination

  • Package pickup locations in Montego Bay, Anchovy, and Cambridge

  • Delivery via third-party courier services where applicable

  • Customer referral rewards program

  • Customer loyalty shopping points program

Kira’s Logistics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Shipments are typically processed approximately three times weekly via air freight, with sea freight options available as scheduled. All shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.

4. Service Areas

Kira’s Logistics provides pickup services in:

  • Montego Bay

  • Anchovy

  • Cambridge

Delivery outside these areas may be facilitated through third-party courier services at the customer’s expense.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

Kira’s Logistics assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once a package reaches our US warehouse or is received by our team and ends once the package is delivered, collected, or handed over to third-party carriers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor or supplier errors

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Packages lost prior to reaching our possession

  • Delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

Kira’s Logistics is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items such as electronics, glassware, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk regardless of packaging method.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must ensure shipments comply with Jamaican laws and international shipping regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods without approval

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. Kira’s Logistics assumes no liability for seizures or penalties.

8. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and government fees where applicable.

Kira’s Logistics assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.

9. Referral Rewards Program

Customers may receive a JMD $100 referral reward when a referred customer ships with Kira’s Logistics and spends at least JMD $2,800.

Referral rewards:

  • Are subject to verification

  • May be issued as service credit or promotional benefit

  • May be modified or discontinued at company discretion

10. Loyalty Shopping Points Program

Customers earn loyalty points based on their spending:

  • Customers earn 1 point per dollar spent

  • 1,000 points are redeemable for JMD $10 store credit

  • Points expire yearly from the date earned

  • Points hold no direct cash value unless otherwise stated

  • Program terms may change without prior notice

11. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment options.

Payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins.

12. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package notification or delivery.

Supporting documentation such as invoices, receipts, or photographs may be required.

WhatsApp or social media messages do not constitute official claims unless acknowledged by the company.

13. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification will incur a JMD $100 storage fee.

Packages remaining uncollected after an extended period may be returned, donated, auctioned, or disposed of to recover storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.

14. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made prior to scheduled service where applicable. Fees may apply depending on service preparation already completed.

Kira’s Logistics reserves the right to cancel services when necessary.

15. Amendments & Entire Agreement

Kira’s Logistics reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Kira’s Logistics and its customers regarding services provided.
